wow sorry for the delay in updating. i really have not had time nor did i think about it sorry. soooo last friday (11/4 i think) we had a suprise brithday party for ann and ben! i did not have my camera so i have no pictures from that... but this is how it went. lisa, chase and i picked ann and ben up for a "birthday dinner" and we ended up taking them around katy on a scavenger hunt type thing and then we took them to the park and blindfolded them and then we went on our way to memorial city mall to have some california pizza kitchen and go ice skating!! it was soo fun! there were these little girls there that were really good and they tought me how to do a spin... yeah i suck at it. saturday... i honestly don't remember what we did. the week went on as usual, nothing special. friday (11/11) lacey, morgan, lisa, ann and i took a little adventure down town and saw DINSEY PRINCESS ON ICE! it was totally the most incredible thing i have ever seen. i brought my camera! thus the pictures below... but sadly my zoom quality sucks so you can't really tell whats going on.

so on satuday we had a dance clinic all say that we ran and i got to teach the little kids! go k-1st!! it wsa so fun though. thanks to all my helpers! yall were awesome. after the clinic, ann and lisa came over and my mom told me there was a petting zoo at the park right by my house so we went... low and behold... there at the petting zoo... was a....

LLAMA! basically the coolest day of my life.

so as a whole it was a pretty sweet weekend. this week is dragging by... only 2 more days until our week off! and until harry potter! hope you enjoyed my entry!

in light of fairly recient events, i have realized how short life really is. its almost unfair how much we take advantage of waking up each day with no promise of tomrrow. as a wise refrgarator magnent once said... "life's short... life it up!!" thats enough of my deep thought of the day. so its novemeber already... the year is moving by so fast! football season is almost over, and finals are just around the corner. yay! my brother is recovering well from his surgery. he came home on saturday and even went to a party that day. please keep praying for his recovery, there are still rough days. i was going to put a sweet pic of his staples but i thought it might gross some people out. he pretty much looks like frankenstein!! well thats all for my daily ramblings that i bet no one reads. peace out homies.

sorry i have not updated in so long i just can't seem to find the time anymore. not much is going on. same old routine week... thursday was my brother's 21st birthday. we went to cheesecake factory with my mom, my dad, my brother, mrs. janet, chase and ann. it was fun! hey chase... want my nuts? friday chase and i went to see claret martyr which was pretty darn sweet. made some new friends and ate some good pizza. then we went over to ann's and chilled. saturday we had a football game against taylor... we lost... because we suck. the end. after that we went out to dinner at chili's... it was pam, ann, lisa, marge, melissa, my brother, angela chase and i. goood times.  today is sunday... ann is coming to stay with me for a while . this entry sucks i am sorry. i will start taking more sweet pics and adding them... until then this is as good as its gunna get. peace out.

p.s. my brother's BIG surgery is on Otc. 21st... keep him in your prayers.

UPDATE!! so we all pretty much know about rita, and how much of a disappointment she was to everyone here in katy, but then again quite a blessing that we were not affected as badly as we could have been... but i'm not gunna lie, i for one was looking forward to seeing roofless houses, uprooted trees and crazy debris sprawled throughout cinco ranch and the surrounding areas. rita did produce some awesome things... which i will list below right... now...

- quality time with friends and family

- no drill team/ clinic (it was nice to be off for a while)

- no school for like 6 days straight

- a new homecoming dress

- new clothes

- good sleep time

- the watching of forrest gump and other various movies

- making cool things like rita '05 cookies

- ritafest!

- steak dinners two nights in a row

- beautiful weather ( - the heat)

- watching 1/2 katy, texas leave town on grand parkway and thinking that maybe you made the wrong decision

- the fire alarm being pulled in church

- matt ruggeri's academy award winning movie

- and most of all... increased gas prices... which makes me realllllly happy!!

so thats my look on this whole rita thing... the past few days i have done the usual. hung out with friends, sat around, shopped. its been real fun but sadly its rapidly coming to an end. oh well. it was fun while it lasted. i have some pictures of the night before the hurricane and some pictures of me and my brother making rita cookies '05 which i will post later. hope you all have a marvelous week!!
